PAYMENTS WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
You agree that you are the true cardholder. As the true card holder, you hereby authorize Immaculate Solutions Residential & Commercial Cleaning Services, LLC to charge your credit/ debit card for agreed upon charges for services rendered and confirm that all information provided for credit/ debit card and billing information is complete and accurate.
Customer satisfaction is essential; however, cleaning is labor-intensive, personalized, and subjective; therefore, Immaculate Solutions does not provide refunds. We will gladly re-clean an area that we may have missed, or you are not satisfied with. Just let us know about your issues or concerns within 24 hours of your original cleaning session. We will do our absolute best to make it right. In the event we are not able to return to re-clean the area of concern, a partial refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
NON- PAYMENT POLICY
Please be aware that failure to pay invoice(s) for services rendered can/will result in collection actions. If, collection actions must be taken you will be charged 3x the original balance and/or any applicable collection fees, attorney fees, etc.
