RESIDENCE OR BUSINESS MUST HAVE ELECTRICITY & RUNNING WATER OR SERVICES ARE SUBJECT CANCELLATIONS.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
Effective September 10, 2021, in efforts to cut back on excessive cancellations, Immaculate Solutions now requires a $25.00 non-refundable deposit upon booking a cleaning appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the cleaning balance when services are rendered. Booking is not confirmed until a deposit is received. The deposit can be paid thru Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo. Please include your name and/or property address when submitting payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask you to be notify us at least 24 hours prior to the time of appointment via phone call. Failure to do so will result in the deposit not being refunded. Rescheduling your appointment is subject to availability. Repeat cancellations may result in being added to our DO NOT BOOK List.
In the following situations the deposit will not be refunded:
- No shows
- Last- Minute Cancellation which are cancellations that have not been made 24 hours prior to the date of appointment.
- Home not being prepared for cleaning i.e. no lights, no working water, deplorable conditions, pest infestations.
REFUND POLICY
Customer satisfaction is essential; however, cleaning is labor-intensive, personalized, and subjective; therefore, Immaculate Solutions does not provide refunds.
We will gladly re-clean an area that we may have missed, or you are not satisfied with. Just let us know about your issues or concerns within 24 hours of your original cleaning session.
We will do our absolute best to make it right. In the event we are not able to return to re-clean the area of concern, a partial refund may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
